E-Course Policy

To access the online workshop, you must attest that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions contained in his workshop terms and conditions agreement. The term “course” includes the e-course Web pages, workshops, classes, and all associated materials. 

Read this E-Course Terms and Conditions Agreement carefully. 

Use of Workshop Materials: 

All class and workshop materials, along with reference materials used in the workshop, are the property of Guiding Insights, LLC. These materials may only be used in the manner detailed in this E-Course Terms and Conditions Agreement. 

Permission to use the material in any other way must be obtained in writing from Guiding Insights, LLC. and/or the publisher or author of the material. 

These materials are for the sole use of the individuals registered for the workshop or others as approved by Guiding Insights LLC. 

Online Workshop Access:

You will access the live workshop via zoom. Closed captions will be available.

Cancellation Policy: 

Once you purchase an e-course it cannot be canceled. Registrants will receive the recording link within 48 hours after the live workshop ends. Registrants will have 14 days to watch the recording before it is no longer available. The recording cannot be downloaded. 

Refunds for E-Course: 

Once you are registered for the e-course, you will not receive a refund for any reason. 

Refund Policy:
Once you purchase an e-course, digital products or physical products it cannot be refunded. There are no refunds for any of the digital or physical products purchased. No refunds will be provided for any purchases made.

Effective Period:

Registrants have access to the live recording within 48 hours after the session. Registrants will have 14 days to watch the recording before it is no longer available. The recording cannot be downloaded. 

Complaints about a breach of Participation Rules, Terms & Conditions:

Complaints about a breach of these Participation Rules and/or this E-course Terms & Conditions agreement should be made by email to guidinginsightsllc@gmail.com.

Responsibility for Loss

You are responsible for and will indemnify and hold Guiding Insights, LLC. harmless from and against any and all liability, claims and losses resulting from your actions in connection with taking the e-courses and your breach of any terms and conditions of this E-Course Terms & Conditions Agreement.

Reference materials and links provided in the e-courses are provided by Guiding Insights, LLC. Guiding Insights, LLC. does not assume any responsibility or liability for the accuracy or completeness of content contained in reference materials or links. The Guiding Insights, LLC. does not endorse any products or services or organizations referenced. The opinions expressed in pieces or components included in the e-courses are solely those of the author or contributors and do not necessarily represent those of the Guiding Insights, LLC., its officers, directors, staff, representatives and/or its affiliates.

Attestation

Guiding Insights, LLC. will deny access to this e-course to any individual who does not agree to the terms and conditions contained herein. Further, Guiding Insights, LLC. reserves the right to terminate access to any individual who does not abide by these terms and conditions. 

Disciplinary Action

Registrants are deemed and presumed to be aware of and familiar with this E-Course Terms and Conditions Agreement. Any Guiding Insights, LLC. staff, a member, candidate or individual who is found to be violating or assisting or attempting to assist anyone in violating these Terms and Conditions is subject to disciplinary action. 

E-course Management System Access 

You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, or other device, process or means to access the e-courses. Nor shall you use any process to monitor or copy our Web Pages or the content contained thereon or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior expressed written permission. You agree that you will not compromise or circumvent the security controls of  the e-courses or otherwise gain unauthorized access to our e-courses. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the e-courses nor shall you attempt to interfere with the proper working of the e-courses. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works or publicly display any content from the Guiding Insights, LLC. e-courses without the prior express written permission of the owner or author.

By booking and participating in this workshop you agree to waive and release the facilitator, Biany Pérez, also known as, Guiding Insights, LLC. of any and all potential liability.
